In 2009 my family decided to
move to U.S.A because of better business chances. This was my first trip taken
overseas. Honestly it seemed very scary but my mom said “Don’t be afraid it’s
not that bad.” Well we arrived at Vilnius Akadriles airport and it’s located in
Lithuania, by the time we found a spot in parking lot it was 9 p.m. it seemed
like there was a million people there. The line weren’t bad but the smell of
the airport was terrible, it was like all possible cologne mixed together. It
was three in the morning when we boarded the plane like penguins.
At 6 a.m. we lifted off and oh my, it was the
worst feeling ever. I felt like my eardrums are about to pop like a soda can. I
asked my mom how to get rid of them and she said “it will go away just hang
on.” That was not the best advice given but they did go away. The views of the
plane were spectacular the green hills and the pinkish orange sun. The flight
took a while but it was decent. The food wasn’t like 5 star but it was good.
The chicken tasted somewhat like beef but I was hungry so it didn’t matter.
We
landed at 9 p.m. in the evening at Washington D.C it was extremely crowded. I
wish I could been I a less crowded airport. The people were rushing you
could’ve gotten lost and carried away with big group of people moving. After we
got our luggage and we went to meet our friends. We have known them for a
while. They let us stay for a long time and then we moved to Roanoke, VA.
The
flight wasn’t I enjoyed the most part of it and they airlines food was decent.
The only part I disliked was the Washington D.C. it was too crowded. That’s how
we ended up in Roanoke, VA.

Good story, Airline food is alright.
